having a hard time understanding why the rating on this book is so high. So far I am agreeing with everything in the comments of those who have rated it with 2 stars or less. The thoughts of the main character seem extremely inconsistant, it makes it hard to like her.

Why? Why? Why the blood hell I started reading this book? Why can't I stick with the nice romance erotica that I enjoy so much? Now I am here 50% through this book when it is 2 in the morning and I can't let it go! Damn book! While I am reading I am collecting all the information and coming up with my solution to the mystery. Erica... good job in keeping me awake. Great book so far.
