Status Updates From Earth Dragon, Fire Hare

So far, this book has been impossible to put down. I'm having so much fun reading it that it makes me feel as if I'm a witness to the war! Such is the way that Ken Catran writes this book- so artfully and so vividly that its story almost wills the reader to feel empathy for both opposing sides- the suspense is going to start building, I can feel it!!!

So far, I'm finding this book's main idea of war and conflict pretty dark because of the way that Ken Catran has written the book. I feel that the vocabulary choice and the structure of the events that happen in these first few pages make it very interesting, dark yet gripping. Wow.

The story is getting better and better, characters are building trades and the climax is on. The authors technique is great and its a joy for me to read it

"When the firing died away, Staples saw olive-green figures waving their guns from the far bank. A whistle on this side, and their own soldiers rose from cover." I like this quote because it shows that everyone sticks together and they stay as a team.

This book is really starting to get interesting and starting to get towards the Climax
