I think that the author wrote this story because he wanted young readers to enjoy reading, and also to savor it as they read. He wanted to anticipate kids to read his books, and other books. Also, he wants kids to have fun with books, to make them read even more. He puts a lot of passion into his writing by making realistic fiction so kids could picture themselves in Greg Heffely's position.

I think that one person in my book that is like my brother. The Main character Greg heftily because they are both like don't want to do anything all day.

So far in this book, the main character Greg talks about his childhood which is pretty funny.

Greg sees that Abilgal is hanging out and having more fun with Rowley. I think that Greg should just have fun, rather than worrying about having a girlfriend. I would tell Greg that it doesn't matter now because he is in the "friend zone". He should just have fun and stop worrying. Life is too short to keep worrying about little problems.

i feel anyone (10 or older) could read this book for fun ,but not really for making there vocab. any better. though it is a very short book(like the rest of the diary of a wimp kid books) with the pictures in the book. idk if it is just me ,but any diary of wimpy kid books i raed in about 2 hours.though if you like pictures this is for you.

This book is very childish. But, it has many relating, funny scenes in it so it is very fun to read. I can't wait until movie producers make a movie for this book .

this book reminds my of dork diary becasue it is a diary about someones life.they are both in middle school and they both lose there friends.but they both want to go out with someone.the both of them will do anything to go out with them.

i love this book because it is funny to read it and it has funny picture.i think someone else would like to read it because some people may like fun book and funny pictures.if it had a little bit of color it would be a little bit better.

Greg only cares about himself. He doesn't care about anyone else feeling.In the book the author said that "Now, before I say that happened next, let me just explain in my defense that I was already on edge about the whole chicken pox thing. But I admit, I may have overreacted" [213] This means that he doesn't understand how a girl will feel when he call something out on her. He shouted out chicken pot...

Greg always wanted to be perfect in front of everyone. Greg likes to act cool in front of the girls in his school. In the book it said that "In fact, I got so much attention that I decided to keep the jacket on the rest if the day.I felt like a whole new person"【137】。 This means that he likes to get attentions and he likes to feel cool. When he feel cool, he feels happy.

This book is really funny and always makes me laugh.

Greg is a greedy guy. He is greedy because he doesn't like share things with others and he also like to make other people do things that they don't want to do.jnt he hook the author said that " I told him he should run, but he said he wouldn't know what he'd do if he got elected" [78] and also " I decided the only way to do that was to have a stall in thee bathroom all to myself....." [97] . Greg is very weary.

Greg doesn't like his brother a lot. Greg hopes that he was the only kid. In the book the author stated that "When you're living in a house with four other people,some fool is always gonna come along and ruin thing for you" (7) & he also stated that "Up to the point I thought I was the only child ,so I was pretty disappointed to find that I wasn't". This means that Greg wants to be the only child & he wasn't happy.
