I feel I need more than just a syntax understanding of JavaScript. This book digs into the details. Despite being taught as a simple scripting language (at least at the community college level), it really is a much more complex and powerful tool. Interesting so far, good examples, and good explanation.

Great JS book...I'm reading this in conjunction with the Definitive Guide (6th edition).

Finally got this baby from Amazon. Now I'm going to ditch the e-book and start from scratch.

finished "Advanced Techniques" and STILL have like 140 pages to go!?!?
