As a dietitian I will say I have mix emotions about this book. He makes some good points but then he makes others that have no scientific evidence at all and is buying into the idea of fear mongering the readers. There’s significant flaws in his primace about wheat which is so agitating. For starters, he keeps referring to whole wheat having a higher glycemic index than white bread which is so not true.
