This is the first time I read a story by this author.

Ohhh Del's mom is the megabeast... So now there is a whole community of aliens? Some with darkness too? They aren't to have emotions, so I guess that is why they are aliens . but some have darkness which is triggered by strong emotions? Ir confuzzeled . I need sreeep.

Really enjoying this! I wished I'd read it before Turn of Darkness, it's providing some great insight into the characters & further explaining a lot that happens in that.

Wow mum way to be weird and controlling. Also guilt trips are fun but can you take me to Disneyland instead?

This is a really different direction from the previous books in the series.
