Learning about the Western Air Command was super fascinating. Onto the Battle of the Atlantic.

Unimpressed so far. The text is on the level of a midgrade history textbook, and the art isn't expressive enough to make up for it. A graphic novel history book has the opportunity to be so much more impactful. Also, I'm only halfway through, so there's still time to turn this around, but there hasn't been any mention so far of Canada's less-than-stellar wartime activities, like internment camps or refusing refugees.
