This was a bit of a shock for me to not like a novel by Anne Tyler. Normally I like her books- I like the quaintness, the quirkiness, the slice of life of very ordinary characters.
This book’s characters- mostly Maggie were annoying. She was meddlesome and obtuse. Unable to see how she causes more issues than what was originally there.
I was quite happy to be done with this book!
