Not sure if I should set aside as “done by being left undone” or if I should step and sift through what *i* myself could learn. Trying to avoid the “downloaded and done” mentality… can this influence my actual behavior? Adjust actual action?

I think his claims will rub people the wrong way but I am so getting what he is saying. There are biological reasons for depression, but some depression do come out from an existential crisis.
