What an ending to a great book. It used all the techniques we learned in the beginning and applied it to individual sports and "life" in general. I'm very happy I chose to read this book. I hope other classmates choose to read it too!

Just like before, still learning about specific sports in general. This time they're reviewing the breathing and mental tricks we learned in the beginning of the book. Starting to see some ties in the book.
