I enjoyed this book. Told from an alien point of view, it chronicles the appearance of a dark haired lady who appears in images of art over thousands of years, extending into the far future, appearing to men whose death is imminent. The earnest search for her by the alien Leonardo, an art expert, shows the true isolation and prejudice experienced by an "outsider" of a society. I highly recommend the book..
