A lot of this feels both outdated and rather clinical (and negatively focused). The bit on family dynamics is somewhat helpful, though focused on families with multiple members experiencing ADHD. I need instructions for managing ADD+ADHD+Autism... now days I can probably find that somewhere...

So my spatial challenges are probably related to ADD. Who knew? And so is the large amount of weird information I easily remember while losing my keys, my meds, and my sanity.
