This book is excellent so far and I plan on using techniques from it in the future, but i just want to interrupt this chapter to say that McIntyre should drop that Ted guy as a friend. Casually supporting genocide through starvation is very bad omg. I got actual whiplash reading that part. (No, I'm not exaggerating wtf)
