Ok I’m enjoying it but dang is it tough to have such a dumb FMC. When her friend gets caught with his magic and her idea is to say that he’s covering for her … how could she believe that would work when he actually does have magic? He also specifically told her to stay safe and care for his family. Only a total dunce wouldn’t consider that there would be ways to prove magic therefore dooming them both
