Status Updates From Old Town in the Green Grove...

It's not bad, but it's not LIW. I'm glad I'm reading it for insight into the missing years of the family's story. The sweet relationships with the family are still there, but the characters just don't fully fit with who they are in the previous and successive books.

I’ve always wanted to try this book about Laura’s “missing years.” I’m not expecting it to be just like Laura’s own voice, but hoping it holds true to the characters and values of the original series.
