I've just begun this, but wow. Suddenly 56 years of my long, weary life peel away and - presto, eureka! - I'm 18 again, listening dreamily to my prof intone this, at the back of my Freshman English Class!

I can see this book in my mind's eye- thin, small, blue, "for schools," but an image online is hard to find:



The notes are pretty fatuous.
