this is starting to read like snippets of scenes from diaries and is reminding me of creative writing prompts

Now she lives in Berlin

oh my gosh she is always lying, and getting herself into trouble haha

I really like this so far. It’s like stream of consciousness diary writing of a young girl in the early 1930s right before the Nazis came to power. It reminds me of Caberet and Isherwood‘s books.
