This book is deeply disturbing. I decided to give this book a chance after reading Bloodraven by the same author. There are so many moments in this Book, Neko, were I have to shut my brain off and skim thru the words to be able to keep reading it. I enjoy the authors writing and will continue to read this book. But make sure you don’t ignore the warnings that come with this book.

I love that Neko society didn't shame a weaker, smaller males who showed more aptitude for the "softer arts" than the more dominant males would for hunting...that their other abilities and gifts were nurtured & just as valued.
