So far so good. Love me some post-apocalyptic fun.

I'm at the part where the town is holding a meeting about the attack on a house and they think Fort Leonard did it. (First day reading and at the middle)

I'm at where the people are gathering because of the attack Jenny planned and the people think Fort Leonard planned the attack.

Writing is kinda dry, as is description, but the premise is enjoyable and I'm ready to see where this goes.

(i am such a slow reader) *sigh*

Ugh I don't know why I stopped reading. Definitely a bit better further in.

Good so far, not amazing, but i'll keep reading.

Listening to the audio version of this, so I'm guessing on pages. Took a long time for any action to start and I'm still not loving the story. Unusual to have a male protagonist in this style book and he seems very one dimensional.

i am very curious to know what happens next im at the part when the dad has just tried to steal the keys from one of the military soldiers and the soldier wakes up and shoots at the father but since the soldier was drunk he missed by an inch

I'm really enjoying Jeff Hirsch's post-apocalyptic vision of world!

War is brewing, barns are burning, & the rain has turned to snow. The action starts, finally!

Pretty boring, I'm hoping it gets better, though! :)

Undecided if I want to keep reading. So far it's lyk the road but not as dark, gritty, or interesting...

O.k. Now this book is getting boring. i thought this book would be about survival. But it turned out to be a book about school and Stephen and Jenny running away from the town. Stephens father died so he is now on his own. I just think this book is misleading and doesn't have a good plot.

I love the flow of this book. It felt so calm with stress below the surface. I'm looking forward to reading more.

I really read alot this week. In study hall I didn't want to put the book down. Now Stephen is leaving the town and going back into the toxic wasteland. I can't wait to see how he tries to survive.
