Status Updates From The Eleventh Plague

Would have read longer but my pillow won.

So far I really like this book Its really intense.

Not a positive when I forgot that I'd been reading it until I checked my "Recent files" list on my e-reader.

Most of the town got burnt down during the war. Stephen went to the school and found ten kids that were behind Mr.tuttle's desk. He got them all out and also got books. Fort Leonard showed up and Stephen talked them out of attacking. They ended up helping the town out while it was burning.

The whole town is in a war right now. They have a plan but I am confused on what the plan actually is. It's something like Stephen is going to distract the other side so that the towns people can shoot. The other side is trying to make the town waste all of their ammo because the other side has plenty and the town doesn't have near as much.

Stephen and Jenny attacked the slavers camp. Jenny made a distraction and Stephen threw grenades into the camp and caught the camp on fire. They also blew up one of the trucks but missed the other one. They were aiming for the trucks.

This book is okay it has a lot of action and where i am in the story is that Her and her dad have gotten away from the militia group and are on the road to hit safety but have come to find that help is hard to find.

Stephen found a huge camp of slavers and also saw the two guys that were in the plane in the beginning of the book. Stephen then figured out that the his town had made an alliance with them. They went back to the town to tell Jackson and violet what they saw and they thought that they were mercenaries that were sent instead. The leader of the town had lied about it!!!!

Will went and told the town what happened and he told them that Fort Leomard attacked him. The next morning they went and found Fort Leonard's base camp and shots were fired. Now they are going to go back to Fort Leonrd and attack them.

Jenny and Stephen are throwing firecrackers around Will's house to annoy him. They opened the gate that kept all the sheep in and threw a firecracker in there which made the sheep run away. When Will came out of his house Stehphen yelled out to Will saying that they were Fort Leonard.

Depressing, but good.

Just started. That grandfather is an asshole.

Still love the writing style, but I'm disappointed in the direction of the actual storyline. Still a fair book; just not what I was expecting.

This book is boring

Stephen got into another fight with Will but this time it turned bloody. Jenny started it when Will started walking toward them with two other guys. They were trying to start something but Jenny through the first punch. Mr. Tuttle again came out when Stephen and Jenny were winning the fight and got mad at them again.

Will was bullying Stephen so Stephen grabbed Will by the shirt and through him against the wall. Then Mr. Tuttle came out and got mad at Stephen because he thought that Stephen was beating up Will.

Stephen was trying to figure out the meaning of Jenny's drawing when he started to day dream. A bird cawed and he came back into our world. Stuff like that happens to me to, I will be thinking about something and something will make a noise and snap me back into the real world.

I've barely started and I'm in love with Hirsch's writing style. Vivid descriptions, effective metaphors, phrases that draw me in and make me experience the book, not just read it. So far, I'm shocked at the low rating here.

I can relate to Stephen when he says that he was walking and stepped in mud that that made him sink in and he had to pull his leg out of the mud. When I went to a marsh, I stepped into mud and sunk up to my ankles in mud and literally had to pull my leg out.

Stephen and his dad were sitting in an old plane that had crashed when two slavers came in. They had a boy and a lady.The guys camped in the plane they were staying in. Stephen and his father can't be seen or get caught by the slavers because Stephen's grandpa said to stay away from them.

I can relate to Stephen when he says that he bit into the pear and there was an explosion of sweat juice throughout his mouth. I love the taste of pear, apple and orange juice. When I bight into the fruit the juice spreads throughout my mouth

Already an interesting turn of events.

stephen quinn and her dad had just lost her grandpa from the sickness and they were walking and found an old military bomber that has crashed and they salvaged peaches and then are rudely interupted by little militia groups that take innocent people as slaves they call them slavers and stephen and her dad are trying to hide from the militia group

This is an okay book.

steven and jenny started a war with the slavers

steven and jenny found out that there are mercenaries Camping about a mile or two away from settlers landing

Tension is building up within the town;therefore, all the citizens are taking it out on Stephen and his dad because they are outsiders.
