So far, it's okay. The main character acts more like a whiny little girl than a teenage boy who has lived his whole life in a post-apocalyptic setting. I am waiting for him to discover his big girl panties.

"So... this is mine now."

So, the main difference between this and every other dystopian novel is the lack of interesting action. Most have iffy plots like this one and a jerky narrator like this one. I'm bored, honestly.

There are a lot of people who are trying to get to know him but he doesn't know if they will hurt him. All he is trying to do is get help for his dad the get out of there. There is Asian girl Jane and everyone picks on here but she can fight so she beats up anyone one who calls her a spy. So far it is getting good.

His dad fell into a river and is clinging on to life.

this book is getting good. It has some funny parts in it. The thing that is interesting to me is that the main character is so scared to do the right thing for his father. People want to help him but he scared they might hurt his dad. Lets hope it stays this good or even better.

They saw people who were coming their way. They didn't know who they were.

The book is about a family that are only the father and the son when grandfather recently died and they are trying to survive a disaster that recently happened.

m in chapter 13 this book is really good because there was a power run out so jaboc and his father and other people are trying to rn awa and get to another place they say that theres no turning back the climbed a really dark long mountain !

Rascals are getting people in A LOT of trouble.

I like this book so far because it has some interesting moments about some people escaping. The thing i don't understand is where are they at? I hope at the end something good happens because i am tired of boring books.

Everything becomes into ruin and now this kid with his father and grandpa are surviving in this time searching for things they need like bullets,clothes,or fur.

I'm in page 53 this Book it's pretty interesting because after they get Lost the Kid and the father in their look to the roaming the country in search In material trade ,... So Steven was pretty helpful whith his father & grandpa .

This Book is pretty interesting i like it .... So Far Johnny was helping His dad because he was helping his fader in a lot of things like passing him the flash light because there was a power run out in the city

I picked this book because it looks pretty interesting so Far this book this book is Good so Yeah I like . So far this book talks about a Boy that could see how much wasted his grandpa was .

well the kid lost everyone he knows. so these guys came along and gave him some bullets. he decided to go home with them. they live in a standard American gated community. school is optional. still kind of boring but it has picked up.

This book has been a struggle for me because it's lacking.

It's not the best dystopia.. I have read better. We don't really know the dystopia came to be. I don't get why they couldn't just fly to China.. are they refugees?

Don't really feel like reading this at the moment...

I'm a bit disappointed, but I've only read the first chapter. Maybe I will be pleasantly surprised as the story goes on.

This was such a good book I loved it I liked that the author was very descriptive.

My book is getting very boring, I have lost my interest in reading this I am not sure why but once i am done I will switch books.
