Had to start over, I just came back to the book after a few months.

Excellence isn't about working extra hard to do what you're told. It's about taking the initiative to do work you decide is worth doing.

Reading this book for work and am curious to see where the leader takes this with us. I think I already embody this "philosophy." But how will it be encouraged/espoused for our district....where does the leader want us to go/implement?

When in doubt look for he fear. That's almost always the source of your doubt.
