Gwyn is a genuinely awful friend and I don't like her. As a character, she's great, but as a person, she is garbage.

I'm used to cringing at books when the author doesn't want me to, but this is the first time I can remember where the author's intention is to make me cringe and it works. The second-hand embarrassment is so real. Oh my gosh, I love it.
