Whoa, the nerd in me absolutely adores this. It is amazing and I might even end up liking it more than the original Harry Potter! Finally, recognition that Ravenclaw and Slytherin >>> Gryffindor and Hufflepuff, lol. And omg so much science! Love it.

i think i like this harry less than i like original harry, and that's saying something

This random order thing is slightly confusing. I guess I'm used to linear story telling so this going back and forth makes my brain hurt.

Until and unless you have a very good grasp of scientific method of rationalism, you will never like this book.
I am finding it pretty intriguing and very creative of the writer..

I know this is Harry Potter fanfiction. I know. But it's really good. It's a smart "what if" retelling of the first book (so far) and it's different enough but similar enough to be amusing, clever, intelligent and surprisingly engaging at most times. I recommend it. Seriously. Even though I'm not done. I suppose I won't be done til IT'S done (he's still putting out chapters.) But yeah.

MoR hasn't updated in MONTHS and I'm starting to go through withdrawal! Auuuggggh! I can't wait for more updates to start popping up. Unfortunately, because of their charity marathon, the author ran through all of their buffer chapters (and they're very busy to boot).

Eliezer seems to be trying to wrap up the entire seven book series in a single book.

Not so slowly

Been slowly working on this for two months, very enjoyable alternate history to the Harry Potter universe.

I officially read up to the most recent update. Now I'm sitting on the edge of my seat for the next chapter to be posted! I highly recommend it to anybody that loves science AND fantasy (and anybody who was also a little bothered by how simple Harry Potter was). Also, you can download the pdf of what is up so far, so you can read it on an ereader like I did.

This fan fiction is hilarious and really fun so far. I never thought by approaching a rational and logical approach to the magical world of Hogwarts could be so engaging! I am just 19% into it and honestly feel like I am just tapping the surface of what this fan fiction has to offer. But so far I definitely recommend it!
