OMG it's still so long. Still interesting, but it's really going to mess up my reading goal for the year in terms of number of books.

Oh wow. Just... wow. Kinda feel like Harry, about "professor Quirrell"... Also, the level of English has decreased since the deed was done, which makes me sad.

Originally published as a serial novel chapter-by-chapter online, this fan-fiction/re-write of Harry Potter imagines that 10-year-old Harry is equipped with all the science knowledge in the Muggle world, and comes to Hogwarts intent on figuring not just how magic works, but how Muggle science might be applied to achieve "world optimization."

I was a bit disappointed about profesor Quirrell, probably 'cause I wasn't expected the alliance with Canon, but on the other hand, if he were like this in the Canon, there would a waste fanbase with stupid little unnecessary tattoos... Kinda wish him to succeed, damn. :D

This book is SO LONG. I came close to giving up about a 3rd of the way through in the war games section. I'm a smart person and a good reader so when the plot of a book is confusing, I place the blame on the author. The number of plots within plots in that section was just boggling. I actually tried to hunt down spoilers so I could quit the book, but spoilers got me interested enough that I am reading on.

I'll admit, some bits of this are dry, but there is quite a large amount of humor and tense moments that make this kind of hard to put down.

At first I was amazed that the author is still going on with the troll thing. Now it feels more like... we knew that's what would really happen, you didn't have to actually let it happen... T_T Oh well...
