So far reading it is a bit confusing. I still haven't made up my mind whether I like it or not. Here Harry is introduced as such a smart-ass and he calls his adoptive parents "my real parents" and he doesn't have much respect towards his "genetic" parents [How dare..?! ]. Well, it may change later, I'm only at the beginning, so we'll see.

I'm confused why Hermione is being resurrected. And so is Harriezer. So this just literally makes no sense to anyone involved then? Cool. Gotta love all this "rational" thinking.

WTF. This makes NO SENSE! So Horcruxes are imprints of the person made on an object which can then possess a new body of someone that handles that object. So then WHY would he drop these horcruxes in an active volcano, in the Mariana's Trench, and hurtle them into space?? People are not going to be encountering those again. So he's basically relegated that horcrux to be forever stuck in an inanimate object. Stupid.

Could not tell you what happened in chapter 104 to save my life. Spent the whole two episodes of the podfic talking about shaving and periods over Messenger. I have no regrets.

What the hell are you talking about that "normal people" would never look for a spell or potion to avoid death. There are MULTIPLE legends going back thousands of years of people looking for literally that. Philosopher's Stone, Fountain of Life, Ambrosia...all a quest for immortality, and I'm sure there's at least half a dozen more that didn't immediately pop into my head. This book is so stupid.

This is THE WORST. This makes DoT look like a shining beacon of literature, and I was NOT a fan of DoT. At least it was well written. This is just so stupid. All the characters are completely out of character and he's such a misogynist. McGonagall prostrating herself to this little obnoxious puke of a male character makes me physically ill.

*sigh* I just discovered that the ePUB I had was incomplete and only went up to chapter 87. So I went from 86% done back down to 72% done and I almost cried.
