finished taboo tradeoffs sequence

Harry spent the day in his trunk so as not to spoil it for anyone else, eating snack bars in place of meals, reading some of his sadder science fiction books (no fantasy), and writing a letter to Mum and Dad that was much longer than the ones he usually sent.

Finished up to self-actualization sequence, roughly 3/4s of the way thru. I went on hiatus because of how much i was loving it, i didn't want it to be over too quickly

Theory: the rock he was given is actually the stone and it was Lilys which she used to transfigure her sister.

I hope all these half references are going to be spelled out later. I don't remember the original books well enough to get them by description alone.
