This quote is fun and unique the same way the recursion on a Cracker Jack box reveals infinity. It raises the book from merely funny and on-genre to sublime, echoing, or more likely even even informing, the movie Inception and author Italo Calvino's "If on a Winter's Night, a Traveller." We see the same reflective technique, and find ourselves similarly drawn magically into the first layer of fiction, hoping we can retain our sanity as we go ever deeper down the rabbit hole.
