message 1: by Mark (new)

Mark Jr. Lori, I had you pegged as a book-a-week girl—just 12? :)

message 2: by Lori (new)

Lori Limited reading time + a thick stack of periodicals and articles = fewer books.

message 3: by Megan (new)

Megan Davis I get it. Every time I do this challenge, I fail, so this time I put 30. That's the lowest I've ever set it. Now watch me read 200 LOL

Mark Jr. Yeah, I seesaw a bit. I read a lot of articles some years and not so many books. But then I get the feeling that books might be more valuable for me so I aim high. This year is an aim-high year, in part because my job will be helped by my reading books published by my employer (Logos Bible Software) and then recommending them to our blog readers and email subscribers.

message 5: by Theo (new)

Theo Logos Twelve is a mystical number

message 6: by Theo (new)

Theo Logos We are using the same strategy on our goal this year; start low and adjust upward. I overestimated one year, and hated not hitting my goal.
