Karen Thurm Safran is a mom with two grown kids, a marketing consultant in K-12 Education Technology engaging students in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) learning, and author of the entertaining, easy to read book, "Parenting—Let’s Make a Game of It." She wants to share her parents' playful approach she used with her children. If it helped her as a stressed-out single parent, it can help you.

When Karen's children were young, she found parenting more enjoyable, rewarding, and empowering when she used a positive and playful style. By creating games to deal with everyday challenges, even the most strong-willed toddlers and school-age children will listen and cooperate—willingly. Goodbye nagging, yelling, tears, and power str

A beautifully written and inspiring book about a difficult time period and extreme racism against the blue people, which I knew nothing about. I read and listened to the audiobook. Brilliantly done! I highly recommend this book.

Another captivating, easy read by one of my favorite authors. It’s a great escape where you get to know the characters. There’s good character development and an interesting plot.

I’m a big Elin Hilderbrand fan, but I didn’t enjoy this book as much as her others. I found the characters weak and the plot hard to read. Her other books are much better.

DNF. This book read like a young adult book and I could not get into it. Too bad because I really enjoyed The Wedding People. After 12% I gave myself permission to stop.
