Adi Prasanna Chegu is a software architect by profession and a seeker at heart. He finds joy in exploring life through philosophy, spirituality, and human psychology — themes that often flow into his writings.

When not writing or reading, Adi enjoys volunteering in value-based education programs for children, teaching life lessons through stories and activities.

He believes that stories, when told with sincerity, can touch hearts and awaken something within — a belief that continues to s

“There is nothing negative or positive in this world. They are labelled as negative or positive depending on the intent with which they are used. For some people, it’s the intent that matters, and for others, it’s the results that matter. I lean towards the intent because the results wouldn’t determine the intent with which the action is performed.”
Adi Prasanna Chegu, Roachayana: The liberating journey of a man with a roach

“The secret to happiness is low expectations.”
Barry Schwartz

“If you are pained by external things, it is not they that disturb you, but your own judgment of them. And it is in your power to wipe out that judgment now.”
Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience

“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”
Mahatma Gandhi

“It is not a matter of ends justifying means: but of the creation of new means and new ends.”
Joseph O'Connor, Star of the Sea

“If I want to deprive you of your watch, I shall certainly have to fight for it; if I want to buy your watch, I shall have to pay for it; and if I want a gift, I shall have to plead for it; and, according to the means I employ, the watch is stolen property, my own property, or a donation. Thus we see three different results from three different means. Will you still say that the means do not matter?”
Mahatma Gandhi, Non-Violent Resistance
