Thanks for the friendvite. This folder is for the authors and tells you pretty much how the program is run from your end. You are always welcome to PM me or AnnMarie with any questions. The next quarter doesn't run until July 1 and ends on Sept 30. We don't open it until June 1. If you follow this thread you'll know when we open it. Or just keep checking it on or around June 1 to see when we put out the call that it's open for authors to grab a slot.
