Additionally, I am still planning to pick up The Year of the Ass, my sequel to Death, Taxes, & A Two -Song Set. That one covers just what happened in 2007. Part of the delay is figuring out how much smut to include...

I might or might not follow that one up. Things in my life between 2007 and the present are a different kind of story, and not one I am sure I want to share.

I have notes for a murder mystery set in a museum, still, too - but it is probably a long way off.(less)

Someone who wanted to try to be that way, when it did not come naturally, could use a self-help book, I figured. Not really chicken soup for the soul...more like Tabasco sauce for the soul. “I guess I always felt even if the world came to an end, McDonald's would still be open.”
Susan Pfeffer, Life As We Knew It

“Madness, and then illumination.”
Orson Scott Card, Xenocide

Margaret Atwood
“Maybe none of this is about control. Maybe it really isn't about who can own whom, who can do what to whom and get away with it, even as far as death. Maybe it isn't about who can sit and who has to kneel or stand or lie down, legs spread open. Maybe it's about who can do what to whom and be forgiven for it. Never tell me it amounts to the same thing.”
Margaret Atwood, The Handmaid’s Tale

Steven Wright
“In my house there's this light switch that doesn't do anything. Every so often I would flick it on and off just to check. Yesterday, I got a call from a woman in Madagascar. She said, 'Cut it out.'
