Joe Kimura has spent the last 20 years working behind the scenes at some of the world’s top restaurants, including Nobu, Roka, Gordon Ramsay, and Hakkasan.

Born in Scotland, but culturally Japanese minded, Joe is a passionate chef and a patient teacher. He has lived and worked in many countries, and now runs Kimura’s Kitchen, the online Japanese cooking school, teaching home cooks and young professionals worldwide how to cook traditional and modern Japanese food.
