I knew I would be obsessed with this one. I’d been waiting patiently impatient and Mother has delivered, yet again.

I was so excited to look into Molly’s story, and was not disappointed. Hailey weaves flashbacks in her stories so well and brings to light the horrors her characters have gone through, in a way that feels organic to the position in the story.

𝐎𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐊𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐒 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐲.

I love the 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 but I love the 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐞 even more. 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈’𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐟𝐮𝐥. I love the red stuff in my smut and I adore the way things unfolded.

The fact that both Molly and Cage met 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐙𝐚𝐝𝐞 made me cry. Having Addie meet the person who kept her as sane as possible for as long as she could while in that horrible place made me ugly cry. 𝐈’𝐦 𝐬𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫.

Being so excited, I accidentally sped through to the finish line. I truly wish I took my time to read because this was just 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝. Guess I’ll have to reread in a few days lmao.

This book was highly regarded through social media, word-of-mouth in friend groups, at work (small bookstore), and for good reason! This book was everything I needed and more.

I love that it was a 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧. At times I genuinely thought they’d snap, go feral and break that dry spell, but I’m glad it all unfolded the way it did. It felt more organic to wait until they were both ready.

I’m so happy to have seen both sides of the characters through the use of 𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐎𝐕’𝐬. Learning about their pasts and how they somewhat overcame their separate traumas in their own ways. It was really nice to see.

I am OBSESSED with this book and couple. The fact that Rowan embraced Sloane’s love for smut is everything I needed from a new book husband, and everything I hope to find in one if I dare bother. I mean, 𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐬?? I’m in love with this man.

I cannot wait to see more in 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 & 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐤 (book 2: based off two other characters within this story) when it releases!!

Thank you for this amazing read Brynne! I can’t wait to re-read it multiple times over and every other book you publish!
