I'm prone to creating things in my mind. Eventually the dam bursts onto paper or in the form of a dance... maybe even a song. Creating something from nothing is a passion, whatever the outlet.

My life is my muse and there is no lack for material considering I raise five children while doing graphic work and personal training or yoga training. Other hobbies include Crossfit, playing bass guitar, and seeing how many activities I can cram into twenty-four hours. Yes, I'm sleep deprived (do you know an author that isn't?)

It's important to me to live life to the fullest. To try everything and anything I can in the amount of time that I have. To not be afraid of the unknown and to conquer it! The best is yet to come. ...more
