At age twenty, Molly Shakespeare knows a lot.

She knows Descartes and Kant.

She knows academia and Oxford.

She knows that the people who love you leave you.

She knows how to be alone.

But when Molly leaves England's grey skies behind to start a new life at the University of Alabama, she finds that she has a lot to learn — she didn't know a summer could be so hot, she didn't kn

9/9/16...After watching the NFL opener last night - GO BRONCOS! - I feel like setting everything else aside and re-reading one of my all-time favorite football series again...

I've read this so many times, if it were a paperback, the pages would be worn out. Just LOVE it.

Every time.

Dear authors,

If you are British, and you must set a book in a specific American location, then, for the love of anything that you hold dear, DO SOME BLOODY (for the Brits) FUCKING (for everyone) RESEARCH.

Let us count the ways in which this book is just WRONG.

1) Our "heroine," Molly Juliet Shakespeare (I know, I know) is a 20 year old graduate student at the University of Alabama.

Yet somehow, Molly is housed by the university with undergraduate students.

Yeah, but NO. Graduate students have thei

Calling all lovers of the slightly angsty NA genre with a gorgeous hero with anger issues, and a feisty geek chic heroine. I will not make any apologies for my (slightly predictable by now) Lisa style gushing review, I felt so at home with this book I've decided that if me and this author ever meet we would be firm friends. When more than one friend tells me to read a book, and they all go on and on about how much they think I’ll love it, I really need to learn to listen. Otherwise, I’ll go months and months without reading that book, and when I finally do- I wonder why the heck it took so long. Sweet Home is that book for me. I have no idea why it took me so long to read it, but I’m so happy I did. It’s just the kind of book I needed. A sweet and fun tale of a modern day Romeo and his Moll

Sweet Home is the type of New Adult romance that would normally drive me nuts but ended up capturing my heart instead. Sure, there were some over-the-top, cheesy, and contrived moments that I couldn't help but roll my eyes at, but I rolled them with a HUGE, CHEESY GRIN ON MY FACE AND LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT.

I had so much fun reading this book. I loved the love story, the light and youthful feel, the angst that didn't feel too angsty, the playful humor, the heartb

There is nothing more I dislike than not finishing a book. Especially one that I spent money on. And more than $0.99. Sadly, this is a book that I couldn’t even force myself through half of to try to justify the money spent.
A couple of my sticking points:
1. Write what you know. If you haven’t spent a significant amount of time in the south, don’t write about the south. Droppin’ the ‘g’ off any word endin’ with an “ing” and addin’ in ‘ain’t' every few words doesn’t make a realistic dialogue. It

He arched his eyebrows meaningfully. “And look at how that worked out for them. My way is better—less death, more orgasms.”

I devoured Sweet Home - this magical, adorable and extremely hot novel - so, so quickly, that I regret not doing it slower, only to enjoy it longer. I wish this book never ended. After reading few chapters, I felt glued to the pages, my heart started beating faster and I couldn’t make the silly gr

"Sweet Home" is sort of a modern day twist on the old tale of "Romeo & Juliet". Molly Juliet Shakespeare, is completing her Masters in Philosophy at The University of Alabama. She recently transferred from Oxford University in England and is also acting as a Research & Teacher's assistant to one of her Professors who has come to the University of Alabama as well. Molly has a past that is filled with so much heartbreak and is basically an orphan. When t

Romeo had me from the start and Molly is a real likable heroine. There’s CRAZY parents, one very EVIL ex, quirky friends, and even though this story had the instant love element it worked.

I have a thing for broken guys who know what they want. Romeo is very yummy and his love notes and alphaness was irresistible!

That was a sweet and touching love story between two damaged souls. Life has taken a lot from them and these two lonely souls find salvation in each other. It was an OK read for me, good but not good enough.
