My favorite meditation so far is her advice for meditating with a pet, so now I can combine my tiny dog’s favorite activity— sitting on my lap — with meditating! Her meditation to soothe a headache has also been incredibly helpful. “Meditation for the Real World” is thoughtfully written, thoroughly researched, and beautifully illustrated.
