Strother Kevin Hall is a native of Powell County, Ky., and currently lives in Georgetown, Ky. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and spent several years as a newspaper reporter and editor in Georgetown. He has several incomplete projects floating around and thinks it's about time to start knocking them out again.
