These are some powerful questions that happened to land in my lap at an interesting time.

I think I've always combated inertia by reading/viewing/exploring something inspiring. It doesn't matter what the genre or medium is--there's knowledge in all of it. Sometimes it's a guided meditation. Sometimes it's simply being outside in nature for a while. Sometimes it's a scientific work of nonfiction. Sometimes it's a novel.

Being exposed to information that jumpstarts me out of complacency is always the answer for me. Every. Single. Time. (less)
