Donna M. Kshir is a child rights activist. Donna has been instrumental in advocating for 1.) Conner's Law - Kentucky strengthening safeguards for children, 2.) Zero Tolerance Law initiative, aiming to end leniency for abusers, 3.) a Public Child Abuse Registry in Pennsylvania with Rep. Aaron Bernstine. 4) On February 24, 2026, Donna submitted a proposal to PA State Rep. Stephanie Borowicz to gain her support for a Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act in Pennsylvania.
