DNF finished the first chapter and ultimately got annoyed at so many references to “your journey”. Also realized right near the end of chapter one when she mentioned her other book that I also DNF’d that one too. Definitely not the author for me.

“Fertile mucus usually occurs two to three days before ovulation, but it can occur anytime when there is very high estrogen compared to progesterone. It can happen earlier in the cycle if you have higher than normal estrogen. It can even happen after ovulation if you do not have enough progesterone.
