Kyle Stumpp was born in Lakenheath, Suffolk, a small rural village in the east of England.
As an imaginative and introverted kid, Kyle feels trapped and scarcely stimulated by the provincial countryside lifestyle, which will soon bring him to start dreaming about moving to a bigger and better place.
While planning his future and discovering his passion for art (particularly films), Kyle is struck by a series of unfortunate events which lead to him being diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety: he eventually resorts to staying indoors, hiding away from a world that he finds at this point overwhelming.
