This review is only for the Lobo: Infanticide mini-series. I think the subtitle is a bit of a misnomer.
But I suppose that’s the least of my issues with this story.
Sure, the narration could be funny but I was mostly just skimming the pages.
And by t ...more "

"Lobo: Infanticide #4
Just another final issue where we see Lobo, and now his daughter Su-Lehmon, maim each other in horrible ways.
There was a brief intermission but even that had its own bit of violence.
The end sees Lobo finally kill Su and of course, show not an ounce of anything but his own self-importance at ‘winning again’." — Jun 17, 2026 11:33PM

This review is only for the Born to Run storyline. I already love how different the writing style is compared to the previous Flash issues.
I am excited to read more of Waid’s stories.
I did find the small change to Wally’s origins an interesting one ...more "

"The Flash V2 #65 -
Wally has to return to a home he does NOT want to go back to.
And I can see why when his father doesn’t even acknowledge him until he accidentally breaks a dish.
I’m surprised Mr West went after Wally when he ran out into a storm.
But it’s a good thing he did as that was the catalyst for Wally to push himself to get his ‘second wind’!
Grandpa Ira and Wally share a sweet moment." — Jun 09, 2026 11:13PM

"Skipping issues #52-58.
Why, you may ask, do I have these collections if I skip so many issues?
Because I bought these when they were ridiculously cheap and I was naïve about how horror-esk they actually were." — May 18, 2026 10:24PM

“It’s lovely loving, isn’t it? In fact, I find it almost better, because being loved sometimes embarrasses me, but loving is a gift.”

“I shrugged. “Actually, I didn’t tell her much of anything. She must’ve put two and two together all on her own and come up with you being a jerk face.”
His gaze slid back to me and he grinned. “Ouch, shortie.”
“Yeah, like that really bothered you.” I glanced back through the small window in the door that led to bio. Mr. Tucker was already at his desk—was Mrs. Cleo ever coming back?—and we only had a minute, tops, before the tardy bell rang. “What did you want?”
Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a thin slip of yellow paper, waving it in my face. “Guess what I found?”
“Obviously not a better personality,” I remarked.
“Ha. Funny.” He brushed the edge of the paper across my nose and smiled when I smacked it away.”
