Born just outside London in 1954, Stephen Weizman has been a messenger boy on an evening newspaper, a deejay, window-dresser, roady for a rock band, soldier and farmer. For more than 40 years he was a journalist on newpapers, radio and television, retiring (reluctantly) in 2021. He lives in Jerusalem with his wife, Tali, and has four sons and a pair of grandchildren.
He is planning a future book about being born as Queen Elizabeth II came to the throne; growing up in London during the 1960s renaissance in fashion, design, and music and the growth of the West Indian community with its cultural and social impact.
