I was born in Brisbane, Australia in 1955. After a twenty-five year career as a teacher and principal in Queensland schools, I moved to Bali, Indonesia in 1999. Bali has been my home every since.

I run a villa management property in Ubud, but also have lots of spare time to write, paint, travel, walk my dogs and enjoy life.

I've written 2 books of short stories and in June 2020 published Rescued - The poodle's story. This is my poodle's memoir told in her voice.

I'm currently working on other manuscripts. One, The Maiden Aunts is completed and doing the rounds of agents. Four other books are still works in progress.

The title is amazing and I enjoyed the book too, but I found the latter third of the book dedicated to moving beyond grief dragged. I still highly recommend this book.

Outstanding Memoir. Very raw and at times uncomfortable reading but necessary to the story. Highly recommended.
