Charlotte Hogg writes on rhetoric, literacy, and culture and is most recently the author of White Sororities and the Cultural Work of Belonging. She co-edited Persuasive Acts: Women's Rhetorics in the Twenty-first Century with Shari Stenberg and has published three books on rural literacies. From the Garden Club: Rural Women Writing Community explores the writing lives of older women in her hometown in rural Nebraska, and Rural Literacies, co-authored with Kim Donehower and Eileen E. Schell, examines traditional misrepresentations of rural literacies and people and considers strategies and pedagogies rooted in a more complex understanding of rural literacies.
