A native of Trinidad and Tobago who migrated to the United States of America in 1969 and worked in the field of Mental Health and Addictions. He originally provided direct services to clients in his early career and now lectures and trains licensed professionals and agencies across the nation. Founded and current DIrector of Affordable Counseling and Training Services and Transformation Rebirth Institute; primary lecturer, teacher and trainer since 1984 who formulated an approach to healing and wellness which he calls "Transformation Rebirth Counseling and Therapy."
