Darcy McInnis is a lifelong resident of Washington State. She grew up in Olympia, and currently lives in the Seattle area. Darcy attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington, where she earned a BA in English. She has worked in nonprofit communications and marketing for more than twenty-six years. Being Josie is her first novel. She is currently at work on her second novel.
