Annie Carlisle is the author of steamy romantic suspense novels, including the beloved Hibiscus Harbor series. She crafts stories with resilient women and challenging men, offering readers a perfect mix of love, intrigue, and excitement.

A Florida native, Annie has worn many hats throughout her life, including working as a street paramedic and flight medic, but her favorite role has always been storytelling.

When she’s not writing, Annie is a lover of all animals, especially dogs. She’s an avid collector of all things Goofy and believes in the magic of happily ever after, both on and off the page. This one's easy. The best thing about being a writer is that I can have my characters do whatever crazy thing I can think of.
It's not reality, so I can have them go to the moon if I wanted to (they don't, by the way).

It's freeing to me.(less)

December…. Ugh.

It’s officially the holiday season. Are you ready? I’m not. I’m not even sure how we got here already. It feels like Christmas was just last week. How did we go through another whole year?

I’ve been busy. My fifth book, Our Story, is getting ready for release on January 4th, I’ve started a newsletter, updated my website, updated my book covers, and have gone wide with all my book
